I was impressed with the fact you confirmed the shipping address. It is important to me when an online company takes the time to deal with a customer in a personal manner. In my situation, I prefer to have packages delivered to my work because packages left in the past at my home have been damaged or lost.
With email being so convenient it is nice to have immediate communication with an online business - which should be a normal method of doing business, not the exception. I am having a problem changing the balance bar on my Airmars Double Horse 9080 Helicopter. I do not know how to remove the broken part. Are there any repair manual that would advise me on how to remove and replace the balance bar? I purchased a new balance bar from your company. Please help or direct me to someone that can.

We're sorry that repair manual is not exist. The suggestion to replace the balance bar are
Grab a mini screwdriver which has same diameter of your pin on balance bar,
then use it as tool to push the pin out. If it still too hard to do, then
1. Preparing a small piece wood size about 2" x 2" and 1/2" or 3/4" thickness.
2. Drill a 1/8" hole near a corner
3. Find a nail or a mini screwdriver with the same diameter as the pin on the balance bar.
4, It should be only one way to let pin out from balance bar. In this case, we will like to have
pin drop into the hole on the small piece wood.
5. Put the balance bar on the wood and centering the hole for the pin
6. Align the nail or screwdriver on the pin of the balance bar and using hammer carefully to hit it.
7. The pin should be able to come out
Let me know if it didn't success.
